Emory Hosts Public Discussion About Alzheimer's Disease Vaccines
A group of experts will gather at Emory University on Thursday, Dec. 6 to discuss recent developments in Alzheimer's Disease vaccine research. Presenters at the evening seminar, "Alzheimer's Disease Vaccines: a New Frontier in Alzheimer's Disease Research," will cover topics ranging from basic science discoveries to clinical trials of new vaccines. Members of the public are invited to attend and participate in a Q&A session with panelists.

The seminar is sponsored by the Emory University Alzheimer's Disease Research Center and co-sponsored by the Georgia chapter of the Alzheimer's Association, the Yerkes National Primate Research Center and the Nell Hodgson Woodruff School of Nursing.

The event will be held from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. on the Emory campus at the Nell Hodgson Woodruff School of Nursing located at 1520 Clifton Rd., Room 101. Admission and parking are free.
