Carol Pinto manages finances and distribution of all publications and collateral produced through Health Sciences Creative Services. She also maintains the Health Sciences photo database and manages the photo/design service. An Emory employee since 2001, she was recognized with a Spirit of Emory Award in 2005. An Emory parent as well, her three children graduated from Emory, the last one graduating in 2012.
Prior to joining Emory, Pinto lived abroad and worked for the Ministry of Health in Wellington, New Zealand, and as English editor and translator for the United Nations Development Programme in Brasilia, Brazil. She began her career as a public information specialist at the Georgia Department of Human Resources in Atlanta. She holds a bachelor's degree in journalism from the University of Georgia.
