EHCA, LLC, is a limited liability company overseen by
a board jointly governed by Emory Healthcare and
Hospital Corporation of America (HCA). Through
this and another parent company, EHCA Johns Creek
Holdings, Emory is responsible for clinical performance improvement and quality assurance in two local hospitals. HCA manages day-to-day operations of these facilities. EHCA broadens the community’s access to care under the Emory umbrella to 1,708 patient beds.
