The Woodruff Health Sciences Center offers a full range of educational programs and degrees in the health professions. The center specializes in training the leaders of tomorrow in health care.
In addition to the MD degree, Emory University School of Medicine offers dual degrees, such as the MD/MPH with public health and the MD/PhD with Emory's graduate school and with Georgia Institute of Technology. The medical school also offers five allied health programs and 70 postgraduate training programs for residents and fellows.
The Graduate Division of Biological and Biomedical Sciences offers eight interdisciplinary PhD programs focusing on a major research area in contemporary biology or medicine. The division includes more than 260 faculty members and resources within Emory University, Emory College, the School of Medicine, the Yerkes National Primate Research Center,
and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.
The Nell Hodgson Woodruff School of Nursing offers baccalaureate, master's, and doctoral degrees as well as a dual master's degree with public health.
The Rollins School of Public Health offers master's and doctoral degrees as well as dual-degree programs with medicine, nursing, business, and law.
