The Emory Heart and Vascular Center has a stellar history of pioneering advances in angioplasty, stent placement and cardiac surgery.

Consistently recognized by U.S. News & World Report as one of the top heart centers in the country, the Center includes cardiology services and research at all Emory-affiliated hospitals in Georgia.

From probing the relationship between inflammation and cardiovascular health in the laboratory to the careful treatment of adults with congenital heart defects or arrhythmias, the Heart and Vascular Center continues to mesh basic and clinical research, education and improving patient care.
