NATIONAL ANXIETY SCREENING DAY: Free Screenings Offered at Emory May 6 for Anxiety Disorders Such as Phobias, Obsessive-Compulsive and Panic Disorders, PTSD

National Anxiety Screening Day is Wednesday, May 6, and free screenings will be offered to the public by clinicians at the Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences at the Emory University School of Medicine.

Information will be provided on anxiety disorders such as obsessive-compulsive disorder, posttraumatic stress disorder, panic disorder, and social phobia and other phobias. Treatment options will be discussed with those who have an anxiety disorder.

The screenings are planned from 9 a.m.-5 p.m. at Uppergate Pavilion of The Emory Clinic, 1701 Uppergate Dr., Suite 126, Atlanta. Call 404/727-2844 for information.
